Sue Gaughan
Head Grower & Production Manager

Sue, along with her Assistant Manager, Armando Barriga, is responsible for ordering and scheduling annual plant production of our growing industry. Sue's production crew grows the nicest mums in Indy, and their goal for 2007 is to grow the nicest poinsettias! Her greenhouses are overwhelmingly filled with beautiful material that is well worth the trip to the Westside. Sue's skillful crew can assist in providing appropriate centerpieces for special events, and she would be more than happy to make an appointment with you to discuss your needs. Jennifer Ramsey
Horticulturist, Westside Store Manager

Jennifer has excellent skills at landscape design, and participates as a table leader at our Landscape Design Classes held in the spring and fall. In addition, she is responsible for filling the Westside store with inventory. Those familiar with the Westside store are aware of Jennifer's quick answers to questions and guidance in making the right choice in their purchases!

Donna Paxton
Horticulturist, Westside Greenhouse

Donna began working at the Westside in 2006, and brought with her a creative ability in flower design and an excellent knowledge of perennial material. She received her horticultural accreditation last January and plans to continually update her education of the industry. If you are looking for perennials at the Westside, just ask for Donna!

James Starks

Donna is a “know-it-all” when it comes to plant material, and we just couldn’t do without her! After work, she spends her time researching new items on line, and we are not sure when she gets any sleep! Donna is used as a resource by all stores for her knowledge base on bonsai, miniatures, water gardening, hostas, daylilies, and .perennials. See what we mean by “know-it-all?”

Shelia White
Southside Store Manager

Shelia, who is personality plus, keeps the inside store running smoothly at the Southside. Her ability to keep the store clean and the shelves well stocked along with giving excellent customer service is a great asset to Dammann's. She is always happy to assist with any special orders on fountains, lawn statuary, and much more!

Dottie Wright

Wish all of us could be as gifted as Dottie when it comes to creating a beautiful landscape with perennials! Her selection of plant material goes beyond the common flowers.
